Gourmet Film

Gourmet Film is Allan Hyde's personal film project and company. The company was created with his best friend, Aske Bang in 2011. Aske Bang and Allan Hyde worked together in various projects including; 'Dværgen og Luderen' (The Dwarf and the Whore), 'The Friendly', and the award-winning short 'Cykeltaxa' (Rickshaw).

Now 'Alla Salute!' - a web sitcom written by and starring Allan Hyde and Aske Bang was the first official project launched under the name Gourmet Film. The web sitcom was a great success with both Danish and English speaking fans. It was launched through Gourmet Film's Youtube with English subtitles and FunnyHaHa, for the Danish speakers.

A joke the best friends shared together goes, that if they ever started a film production company, it would be called “Gourmet Film” and that people who would help them with their projects would be paid with good food that they cooked themselves as they considered them gourmet.

At Gourmet Film, they are dedicated to unite Gourmet and Films by creating small and sophisticated films while drinking fine wines and eating extravagant meals - as said by Allan Hyde.

In Summer of 2012, Allan Hyde and Aske Bang joined together to create their first Gourmet Film in the United States. The film is a satirical musical that takes place in the 70s and is inspired by the Olsen Brothers.
